All information that is provided to us by our Clients relating to our services are always kept in strict confidence. In order to provide you with the services we offer we may request information from you. We respect your privacy and will protect the information that you provide. Any information you provide through our web site may be used in the following ways:
- In order to contact you.
- To deliver services that you purchase.
- To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services.
- To provide other companies information in order to fulfill your purchase requirement particularly in regard to delivery companies where only the minimum information required will be given in order to fulfil the delivery.
- To disclose the information if required by law.
Your information will not be passed on to any third parties without your permission, other than those listed above. We also protect your data from misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
We emphasize on our service quality and Client/Customer satisfaction. As a result, we depend on verbal or written agreements as contracts that make it as easy as possible for those who acquire our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at anytime.
Shipping to only US States will be provided by FedEx, UPS or USPS or GSO. We ship all orders within 1 – 2 business days after payment has been cleared.
Products shipped via UPS can be tracked via the UPS/FedEx/GSO tracking number once the product has shipped.
If you are dissatisfied with our service, quality or accuracy of our energy reports, please notify us within 7 days in writing by email firstname.lastname@example.org. A.E.S. will refund your credit card and will send an e-mail once the refund has been processed. A.E.S. will process the credit card refund to the credit card used to make your purchase. Please allow 14 days from receipt of the energy reports for processing.
You (the customer) may cancel your order for A.E.S. services, at no cost to you, at any time before the work is performed. You may cancel your service request via telephone or via email. However, once any of the work is performed or services are rendered by AES, you are liable for all work up until the point of cancelation. You are liable for all work performed and services rendered.
